Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is unused and in its original condition.

The product is in its original packaging with all accessories.

The product is not damaged by the customer.

2. No Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

Used products.

Damaged, broken, or altered products caused by the customer.

Products without their original packaging or missing parts.

Personalised or custom-made products.

Hygiene-related products that have been opened after delivery.

Sale or clearance items (unless required by law).

Important: There is NO Return or Refund on used or damaged products.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer need the product after delivery, you can request a return if it meets the conditions above.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days.

The refund will be sent using the same payment method you used to place the order whenever possible.

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the refund request may be rejected.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item received is defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong item was sent.

Please pack the product carefully before returning it. We recommend using a trackable courier service because we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

7. Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift, the refund or replacement will be handled according to the original order details.
